Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup shrimp paste
  • 1/2 cup garlic slices
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Wings: Cut off both ends of each chicken wing. Slice along the inner bone and carefully remove the bone while keeping the skin intact.
  2. Marinate the Wings: Stuff each wing with a generous amount of shrimp paste and garlic slices. Add soy sauces and black pepper, then marinate for 20 minutes in the fridge.
  3. Cook to Perfection: After marinating, add cola and continue marinating for another 10 minutes. Cook in the air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes, brushing with honey halfway through.

Notes

For a healthier version, consider using skinless chicken wings or vegetarian alternatives. Serve with sweet chili sauce or yogurt dip.
