Instructions
- Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in diced strawberries.
- Assemble the French toast by spreading the filling between two slices of bread.
- Prepare the custard by whisking together eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Dip the assembled sandwiches in the custard mixture, then cook in the skillet until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
