Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut it into square shapes, about 4 to 5 inches wide.
  3. Place a teaspoon of softened cream cheese and a teaspoon of strawberry jam in the center of each square. Fold the corners towards the center and pinch to seal.
  4. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring space to expand.
  5. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the pastries.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
