Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour it over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  3. Sprinkle feta cheese on top if desired, then finish with fresh mint leaves to garnish.
