- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups vanilla pudding
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, layer half of the graham cracker crumbs at the bottom.
- Arrange slices of bananas and strawberries over the crumbs.
- Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the fruit, then add a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Using a spatula, smooth out the whipped cream to create the final layer.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining graham cracker crumbs, bananas, strawberries, pudding, and whipped cream.
- Allow the pudding to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Consider using low-sugar pudding for a healthier option. This dessert is best served fresh, but can be prepared a day in advance.
