Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, layer half of the graham cracker crumbs at the bottom.
  2. Arrange slices of bananas and strawberries over the crumbs.
  3. Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the fruit, then add a layer of whipped cream on top.
  4. Using a spatula, smooth out the whipped cream to create the final layer.
  5. Repeat the layering process with the remaining graham cracker crumbs, bananas, strawberries, pudding, and whipped cream.
  6. Allow the pudding to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Consider using low-sugar pudding for a healthier option. This dessert is best served fresh, but can be prepared a day in advance.
