Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries (150 g)
1/2 medium ripe avocado (75 g)
1 cup almond milk or milk of choice (240 ml)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, 5 ml)
3–4 ice cubes (≈50 g)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Hull the strawberries and slice the avocado. Measure your almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes.
- Layer and blend: Add the almond milk first, then the strawberries, avocado, sweetener, and ice. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy: Pour into a glass and serve immediately. For a special touch, garnish with fresh strawberry slices or chia seeds on top.
Notes
This strawberry avocado smoothie can be made vegan with plant-based milk and maple syrup. For extra protein, add a scoop of protein powder or a spoonful of chia seeds.
