- 2 Chicken breasts, sliced
- 200g Noodles (any kind)
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set them aside.
- In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and let it cook until browned and thoroughly cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute or until fragrant. In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the pan, coating it evenly.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan, tossing everything together until heated through and coated in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, consider using rice noodles. Add seasonal veggies or swap chicken for shrimp or tofu for variation.
