Instructions

  1. Combine the sourdough discard, warm water, melted butter, and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Add the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, and fine sea salt, then knead until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Shape the dough into small 1-inch balls, then boil in a baking soda solution for 30 seconds before draining.
