- 1/4 cup baking soda (for boiling)

Instructions
- Combine the sourdough discard, warm water, melted butter, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, and fine sea salt, then knead until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Shape the dough into small 1-inch balls, then boil in a baking soda solution for 30 seconds before draining.
- Arrange the boiled bites on the baking sheet, sprinkle with coarse salt, and bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
