Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup graham cracker crumbs or small squares
Instructions
- Prepare the dough:
Cream butter with brown and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt, then combine with wet ingredients to form a soft dough.
- Assemble the layers:
Press two-thirds of the dough into a lined baking pan. Top with chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham crackers. Drop the rest of the dough in spoonfuls over the top.
- Bake and cool:
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes until golden brown and set in the center. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
Let bars cool before slicing for cleaner cuts. Chill for 20 minutes to firm up marshmallow. Store extras wrapped individually and freeze for later.
