Instructions
- Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F (107°C).
- Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl to create the dry rub.
- Rub the dry mixture over the brisket evenly.
- Place the brisket in the smoker with a pan of beef broth underneath for moisture.
- Smoke the brisket for about 6 hours or until tender.
- Let the brisket rest for 30 minutes after cooking.
- Slice the brisket thinly against the grain.
- Assemble each slider bun with brisket, coleslaw, and pickles. Customize if desired with additional toppings.
