- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Coconut cream
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Honey or sugar
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- Chopped cilantro (for garnish), to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
- Toss the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Add the shrimp to the hot skillet and sear them until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, mix together coconut cream, lime juice, honey, and garlic powder until smooth and creamy.
- Plate the seared shrimp, drizzle with the coconut-lime dip, and garnish with chopped cilantro.
Notes
These shrimp lollipops can be served with various dips and toppings. They are gluten-free and can be made dairy-free with coconut cream.
