Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey or sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • Chopped cilantro (for garnish), to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Add the shrimp to the hot skillet and sear them until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. In a bowl, mix together coconut cream, lime juice, honey, and garlic powder until smooth and creamy.
  5. Plate the seared shrimp, drizzle with the coconut-lime dip, and garnish with chopped cilantro.

Notes
