- 9 Lasagna noodles
- 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound Crab meat
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Minced garlic
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Gently fold in crab meat, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
- In a greased baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom. Place three lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of the seafood mixture, ricotta, and mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles topped with Alfredo and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
- Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley and drizzle additional Alfredo sauce if desired.
Notes
For creativity, consider adding vegetables like spinach or mushrooms, or substitute different cheeses.
