Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Peel them if preferred and cut into quarters.
- Load Up the Slow Cooker: Place the potatoes in the slow cooker, add butter or olive oil, sprinkle the soup mix, and pour the broth over.
- Slow Cook to Perfection: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Do not open the lid during cooking.
