Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting them finely.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the Brussels sprouts until tender and slightly crispy, about 10-15 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Let the mixture cool slightly; then combine with grated cheese and breadcrumbs, adding the beaten egg if desired.
- Form small tots using wet hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
