- 8 ounces Mushrooms
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Butter (or plant-based butter)
- 2 tablespoons Liquid Aminos/Soy Sauce

Instructions
- Begin by washing your asparagus under cool running water. Snap off the tough ends and cut into 2-inch pieces.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the chopped asparagus and sauté for about 3 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms to the skillet, tossing to combine. Sauté for an additional 5 minutes until tender, then stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Enhance the flavor by adding liquid aminos or soy sauce, stirring well. Season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 2-3 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
Notes
Choose fresh, green asparagus for the best results. You can swap the butter for plant-based butter to make it vegan.
