Description
This homemade Royal Crunchy Wrap combines crispy chicken, fresh toppings, and creamy sauce, all folded in a golden wrap ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients
2 crispy chicken fillets (air-fried or pre-cooked)
2 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
2 tostadas or crunchy corn tortillas
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/3 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend
2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 tbsp buffalo sauce
1 tbsp ranch dressing
Olive oil spray or 1 tsp olive oil (for toasting)
Instructions
Heat the chicken fillets in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Or pan-fry until crispy and heated through.
In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
Lay the tortilla flat. Layer chicken, tostada, sauce, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream.
Fold tightly in a hexagonal shape, tucking edges as you go.
Toast the wrap seam-side down in a hot skillet with a little oil. Flip after 2–3 minutes until golden on both sides.
Slice and serve immediately with optional dipping sauce or salad.
Notes
Feel free to swap the protein with grilled tofu or turkey. This wrap also works great with homemade salsa or avocado slices. Make ahead and reheat in a skillet or air fryer.
