- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Cream
- 1/2 cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1 tablespoon Orange Zest
- 2 tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- As desired Shredded Coconut (optional, for garnish)
- As needed Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Zest the orange with a microplane or fine grater and set aside.
- Juice the orange and measure out 1/2 cup of juice.
- Combine the coconut cream, orange juice, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
- Blend on high until silky smooth for about 2 to 3 minutes, scraping down the sides halfway through.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then pour into serving glasses.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
This dessert can easily be modified for vegan or dairy-free diets. Adjust sweetness to your liking.
