- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- Fresh raspberries for garnish, to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of your serving glasses to create a solid base.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer your parfaits: start with a layer of the cream cheese mixture, followed by a spoonful of raspberry jam, and then more cream cheese mixture. Repeat until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of jam. Top with fresh raspberries for garnish.
- Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
