- 2-3 Fresh Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
- Fresh Basil Leaves, to garnish
- Olive Oil, for drizzling

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and roll out the sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Transfer the rolled puff pastry to a greased baking sheet and score a 1-inch border around the edges. Prick the center with a fork to prevent excessive puffing.
- Arrange sliced tomatoes on the pastry, overlapping each slice, and then distribute mozzarella slices on top. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
For optimal flavor, use vine-ripened or heirloom tomatoes. Fresh mozzarella is recommended for the best creamy texture.
