- 160 g Magerquark (lean quark)
- 1 tsp Backpulver (baking powder)
- ½ tsp Salt
- Sesame & Poppy Seeds (for topping) to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Magerquark, Dinkelmehl, baking powder, and salt. Stir until a smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into equal parts, roll each part into a snake shape, and join the ends to create a ring.
- Sprinkle sesame and poppy seeds on top and press them gently into the dough.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Let cool slightly on a rack before serving.
