Description
A quick detox drink made with Himalayan pink salt, lemon juice, and warm water. Taken on an empty stomach, it supports digestion, hydration, and natural metabolism.
Ingredients

1 glass warm water (250 ml)
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Optional: A dash of organic apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients:
Warm up a glass of filtered water (not boiling), just gently warm to activate the ingredients. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and stir gently until it dissolves. Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and mix well. Optional: add a splash of organic apple cider vinegar.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach:
Drink the mixture slowly first thing in the morning, ideally 10–15 minutes before breakfast, to support digestion and hydration.
Notes
Use warm, not hot, water to preserve nutrients. Stick to 1/2 teaspoon of pink salt to avoid excess sodium. Drink consistently every morning for best results.
