Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F.
- Oil a small sheet tray lightly.
- Stretch or roll out your pizza dough to a rectangle shape and lay it in the prepared pan.
- Spread half of the basil pesto over the dough.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.
- Add the shredded chicken evenly over the cheese.
- Top with more mozzarella and sliced tomatoes.
- Dollop the remaining pesto around the pizza and finish with additional mozzarella.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free pizza crust. This pizza pairs well with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables.
