Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice your French baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush each side lightly with olive oil for a golden, crispy texture.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until crisp and lightly golden. Remove and let cool.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine fresh cranberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens. Let it cool.
- Layer a slice of Brie cheese on each piece of baguette, followed by a spoonful of the homemade cranberry mixture. Top with a slice of pear and a drizzle of honey.
- Finish with a sprinkle of fresh herbs and serve warm.
