- 2 cups Plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 8 oz Dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- Flaky sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Mix the plain Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
- Form portions into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip the frozen yogurt bites into the melted chocolate mixture and return to the baking sheet to set.
Notes
These bites can be enjoyed on their own or served with fresh fruit or a yogurt dip. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
