- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 package graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine melted butter with graham cracker crumbs in a bowl and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth and spread over the crust.
- Spread whipped topping over the filling, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers. You can also substitute with dairy-free options for a vegan dessert.
