A luscious no-bake dessert with smooth peanut butter filling and crunchy graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 package graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine melted butter with graham cracker crumbs in a bowl and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In another bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth and spread over the crust.
  3. Spread whipped topping over the filling, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers. You can also substitute with dairy-free options for a vegan dessert.
