- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Stir in the baking soda and mix well until you have a combined batter.
- If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For variations, consider using almond or cashew butter. Enjoy with a dollop of Greek yogurt or drizzle of nut butter.
