Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cocoa powder until smooth.
  3. Stir in the baking soda and mix well until you have a combined batter.
  4. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
