- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Stir in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Return coated balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate until chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with different nut butters or add mini marshmallows for variety.
