Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Blanch the peaches by immersing them in boiling water for about 30 seconds, then transfer them to an ice bath. Peel and pit the peaches.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares large enough to enclose each peach. Place a peach in the center of each square, sprinkle with sugar and cardamom, and wrap the pastry around the peach, sealing the edges.
  4. Place the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
