Instructions
- Cook the whole wheat pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Combine the cooked pasta, pesto, blanched green beans, and corn in a large mixing bowl, ensuring everything is well-coated.
- Taste the salad and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and toss again. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Use fresh pesto for the best flavor. Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
