Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (90°C). Slice tomatoes in half.
- Arrange halved tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and herbs.
- Roast the tomatoes in the oven for 6 to 8 hours until dried but slightly pliable.
