  • 2-3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (90°C). Slice tomatoes in half.
  2. Arrange halved tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and herbs.
  3. Roast the tomatoes in the oven for 6 to 8 hours until dried but slightly pliable.
