- 1 pound Ground Beef

- Bread Crumbs (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. If desired, add an egg and breadcrumbs for texture.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and nicely browned.
Notes
