- 1 (pre-made) Graham cracker crust
- 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon Raspberry jam
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar while beating continuously.
- Mix in the vanilla extract until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold one-third of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in the remaining whipped cream.
- Set aside 1/4 cup of raspberries for garnish, then fold the rest and the raspberry jam into the cream mixture.
- Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
- Arrange the reserved raspberries on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
For a different flavor, try using strawberries, blueberries, or peaches instead of raspberries. You can also customize the crust with chocolate cookies or oats.
