A luscious No-Bake Chocolate Cream Pie with a crispy graham cracker crust and rich chocolate filling, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache or chocolate pudding
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings or whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Press the crust mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate ganache or pudding and vanilla extract with the whipped cream until fully blended.
  5. Pour the chocolate cream mixture into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) until set.
  7. Before serving, top with chocolate shavings or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream with non-dairy whipped cream.
