- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate ganache or chocolate pudding
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate shavings or whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Gently fold in the chocolate ganache or pudding and vanilla extract with the whipped cream until fully blended.
- Pour the chocolate cream mixture into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) until set.
- Before serving, top with chocolate shavings or whipped cream if desired.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream with non-dairy whipped cream.
