- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- Olive oil, to brush
- Cooking spray, as needed
- Optional herbs for garnish, as desired
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and ranch seasoning mix until well mixed.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit to approximately 4 inches in diameter.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each biscuit, fold the biscuit over, and pinch the edges securely.
- Position the bombs seam side down on a greased baking sheet, spaced adequately.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving, optionally garnishing with herbs.
Notes
These chicken bombs can easily be customized with different herbs or flavors like jalapenos or mushrooms. Serve with dipping sauces for added fun.
