Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Green Tea Leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil four cups of water in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat.
  2. Add three tablespoons of green tea leaves to the hot water and let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Add one cup of fresh mint leaves and steep for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher and add half a cup of cane sugar while still warm, stir until dissolved.
  5. Pour the iced tea over a glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with extra mint leaves.
