Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Tenderloin, cut into small pieces
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms and sauté until their moisture evaporates, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix cooked mushrooms with beef tenderloin pieces and Dijon mustard until well coated.
  4. Roll out puff pastry, cut into squares, and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center. Fold over the pastry and seal the edges.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
