Instructions
- Marinate the steak by combining olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Coat the steak thoroughly and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate for flavors to meld.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the marinated steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Assemble the bowl by layering cooked grains, sliced steak, fresh veggies, and a drizzle of tzatziki sauce.
