Instructions

- Heat the non-dairy milk to a temperature between 140-160 degrees Fahrenheit, using a steam wand, milk frother, or the stove to create froth.
- Pour the warmed non-dairy milk over the espresso mixture and gently stir, optionally drizzling more maple syrup and adding a sprinkle of sea salt on top before serving.
Notes
This latte can be customized with cinnamon, vanilla, or flavored non-dairy milk for added complexity.
