- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Ginger, minced
- 1 Bell Pepper, diced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Optional: Green Onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, crumbling as it cooks.
- Incorporate soy sauce, sriracha, and diced bell pepper into the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to serving plates and garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
For added crunch, serve with spiralized vegetables or over cauliflower rice. Optionally, use lettuce wraps for a fun hand-held meal.
