Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, minced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Optional: Green Onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  3. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, crumbling as it cooks.
  4. Incorporate soy sauce, sriracha, and diced bell pepper into the skillet, stirring to combine.
  5. Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer to serving plates and garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

For added crunch, serve with spiralized vegetables or over cauliflower rice. Optionally, use lettuce wraps for a fun hand-held meal.
