Description

A refreshing and fizzy Raspberry Lime Mojito Mocktail with only 30 calories. Made with raspberries, lime juice, mint, and a tropical vanilla splash, topped with sparkling water.


Ingredients

Scale

30g fresh raspberries

15ml freshly squeezed lime juice (about ½ lime)

5 fresh mint leaves

15ml tropical vanilla splash (see below)

Ice

Sprite Zero or lime-flavored sparkling water (to top)

Tropical Vanilla Splash (Rum-Free Flavor Booster):

10ml white grape juice

3ml lime juice

A drop of vanilla extract (⅛ tsp max)


Instructions

In a sturdy glass, muddle the raspberries, lime juice, and mint leaves until juicy and fragrant.

Add the tropical vanilla splash.

Fill the glass with ice.

Top with Sprite Zero or a lime-flavored sparkling water.

Stir gently to combine.

Garnish with fresh mint and raspberries.

Serve immediately.

Notes

Use unsweetened lime sparkling water for an even lighter version. For variety, substitute raspberries with strawberries or pineapple.
