- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
- Salt to taste

- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- Cooking Oil as needed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding fresh herbs or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
