Scale
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Earl Grey tea bag or 1 tsp loose tea
- 1/2 cup Dairy milk or plant-based alternative
- 1 tbsp Vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)
- Dried lavender or cinnamon stick (optional, to taste)
- Ground cinnamon (for garnish, to taste)
Instructions
- Start by boiling the water and removing it from heat. If using loose tea, infuse it in a tea strainer. Steep your Earl Grey for about 5 minutes, adding dried lavender or a cinnamon stick while brewing for added flavor.
- Once steeped, remove the tea bag or strainer and blend in the vanilla syrup, stirring well until mixed thoroughly.
- Warm your milk until steam rises but be careful not to boil it. Froth the milk to improve texture, then pour it over the Earl Grey mixture, finishing with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon for garnish. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
