- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- 1-2 teaspoons simple syrup (to taste)
- 1 drop green food coloring or 1 tbsp spinach/matcha water
- Crushed ice
- Lime wheels, pineapple wedges, or mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Pour fresh lime juice into a mixing pitcher or glass.
- Slowly add pineapple juice and stir well to combine.
- Lightly press mint leaves once with a spoon and add to the mix.
- Add the green coloring and gently stir to combine.
- Stir the mixture approximately 10–12 turns.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness with simple syrup if needed.
- Fill a serving glass with crushed ice.
- Pour the drink over the ice and garnish with lime, pineapple, or mint leaves.
