- 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Keto-friendly rolls or wraps, as needed
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until soft, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded provolone cheese until melted. Fill keto rolls or wraps with the mixture and serve warm.
Notes
These rolls are excellent for meal prep and can be customized with additional veggies like mushrooms or spinach.
