  • 4 lean pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in the almond mixture, pressing well to ensure it adheres.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over the top.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over each piece.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until thoroughly cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
