Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until browned.
- Drain excess fat from the pot.
- Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and cheddar cheese, cooking until the cheese melts.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
