Ingredients

  • 5 Eggs
  • Mayonnaise, to taste
  • Salad dressing, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot of cold water until hard-boiled (about 8 to 10 minutes). Transfer to ice water to cool.
  2. Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
  3. Peel the cooled eggs, mash yolks and finely crush whites. Combine with mayonnaise, salad dressing, mustard seeds, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the egg mixture on one slice of toast, cover with the second slice, and cut in half.

Notes
