Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stir olive oil into the yeast mixture, then combine with dry ingredients until dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Let the dough rise in an oiled bowl covered with a damp cloth for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the dough and fold in grated Parmesan cheese.
