Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for cold foam)
  • 2 tablespoons cherry syrup (for cold foam)

Instructions

  1. Start by brewing your chai tea as per the instructions. Place one tea bag in a cup of hot water and allow it to steep for about five minutes.
  2. While the tea is steeping, whip the heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks form. Once prepared, gently fold in the cherry syrup.
  3. In a glass, combine the brewed chai tea with cherry juice or syrup. Add your sweetener to taste if desired, then fill the glass with ice.
