- 2 shots Espresso
- 1 cup Milk (any kind)
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- Ice for serving
Instructions
- Brew the espresso shots according to your preference and let them cool slightly.
- Combine 2 tablespoons of brown sugar with 2 tablespoons of water in a small saucepan. Heat over low, stirring until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Let cool before using.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the cooled espresso over the ice, then add 1 cup of your favorite milk.
- Stir in the brown sugar vanilla syrup to taste, and enjoy your soft, refreshing latte!
Notes
Use freshly brewed espresso for best flavor. Substitute almond milk for a dairy-free version.
